Comfort indicator module for the BMW Z1
A proprietary development that differs in the operation of various offers. The module is simply inserted between the original sock and the original flasher. Only one ignition plus must be connected to the module. The number of flashes can be set to 3, 4, 5 or 6 flashes by jumper. The number of flashing signals output is counted in the module and is not set by the time sequence. Thus, the vehicle actually flashes with the set number of signals. The Mosul is thus not sensitive to tolerances in the timing of the turn signals, which may be up to 30% according to the legislator.
Service:
- Briefly tapping the turn signal triggers the comfort flashing
- If the Bliker lever is held until the end of the first flashing, the Comfort function is not started. As usual, short flashing signals can also be given.
- Cancel the comfort function by tapping the other side. If the other side is tipped during the comfort function, the comfort function stops.
Mounting:
The module is easy to install. The module is simply inserted between the original pedestal and the original relay under the steering column cover. In addition, a voltage supply (ignition plus from the indicator lever) must be connected.
The first moduls are tested and works perfect in different cars. If you are interested to get it without connectors for permanent mounting, I can give you a big discount, but the mounting will be much more complex and time-consuming.
It should be noted that now a specially tailored to the E31 version is available. This version is then installed in the fuse box. The delivery is complete with a flat fuse adapter for tapping the supply voltage to fuse No. 16.
