Flaps for soft top linkage
In the past I have seen more and more of these broken flaps at different Z1 cars. So I made a 3D-model and offer you a perfect fitting spare part.
These flaps are SLS printed out of nylon (PA2200). These parts are very stable, resistant against UV-light, and nearly all chemicals and they are very light. You can paint them in every color you like. The flaps also can be covered with leather by a good saddler. Please also ask him about the possibility of dyeing the leather to the desired colour. This is quite possible, for example, with the professional products of the Colourlock company. or upholster it easily with leather.
Please note that the black flaps are only coloured black. The print material used is white. Scratches in the surface would show the white colour of the material. There will also be two white dots from connecting bars on the underside. These cannot be avoided due to the design.
The untouched, raw flaps you can order as single flaps for each side or in a set of two. Please chosse.
3D printed parts that are not in stock and need to be reordered can generally be delivered within one to two weeks.

The individual parts are 3D printed using the SLS process and are supplied in white or grey (similar to RAL 7011 iron grey), depending on the printing service provider.
